If I were starting over again, I would –

1. Order Barefoot All N One pre-cleanse kit and oil of oregano and extra LBB and Dewormer and other herbs and sprays as desired or see #4 below. All N One pre-cleanse gets you all the herbs you need for the lowest cost. Also order a Vitamix and good citrus juicer (I bought a Waring industrial model) if it’s affordable. These will make your new lifestyle a lot easier. A distiller is a must.

2. While waiting for herb order and also while doing pre-cleanse, read Book 1 and complete the Study Guide. Read Newsletters

3. Change diet to no processed foods, no meat or dairy, ideally fruit only or at least fruit and veggies, some nuts ok and unrefined oil such as virgin olive oil / coconut oil are important. Diet should be mainly fruit / fruit juice. Produce ideally should be organic and local and home-grown is best. Most or all of food eaten should be raw. Make your own juice and smoothies.

4. Use the All N One pre-cleanse kit for 30 days or If you don’t like the pre cleanse kit, take LBB and 2 bottles dewormer and kidney cleanse and some liver herbs, over 30 days. Make sure you take the herbs, as this will cleanse your system and prepare your body for the orange juice fast. Don’t try to save money and take too little of the herbs. After the 30-day pre-cleanse, your bowels are hopefully moving at least once a day and ideally, after every meal.

5. Now you can either do a liver flush and then do orange juice fast or go right into the orange juice fast. I opted out of the liver flush. Orange juice fast should be at least 14 days and longer if possible. Bowels need to move at least once a day during the fast.

6. Eat the mucusless diet for life and do orange juice fast for 14 days to 2 months every year. Fruitairian diet is the ideal. A quart of liquid every day (fruit juice mixed half and half with distilled water). It is best to skip breakfast, eat lightly at lunchtime, and main meal (if you have one) after day’s work is done. Mono-food meals are good. See #3 for more on proper foods. Continue with Barefoot herbs during fast and for life, especially if diet isn’t perfect and I personally would never go without LBB, Dewormer, and oregano and Longevity Spices.

Other things to do:

During the fast is a good time to make a plan for foods / recipes / herbs for after the fast. You have to have a plan that’s realistic and doable!!! It doesn’t work out otherwise.

Get as much sun as you can, on as much of your body as you can, every day.

Seek fresh clean air (out of the city if you can).

Gentle exercise – 20 minutes a day.

Distill your water – don’t drink anything but distilled.

Get the metals out of your teeth, if you have any.

Don’t take Vitamins and avoid pharmaceutical drugs.

No pets in the home is best.

Have fun every day.

Walk barefoot outside.

Use only non-toxic cleaning supplies.

Put no commercial products onto your skin and don’t spray commercial products (hair spray, perfume) into the air.

Lose the gel nails, perms, and hair-dying habits if you have them.

Do dry skin brushing.

You can also read the books in the Old School folder and the Amish newsletters and old posts on this forum and Barefooters’ Library but Book 1 and study guide is most important because you need to understand what the wrong foods and wrong food combinations will do to your health. If you don’t totally “get it”, you’ll easily slip back into old eating habits. You must be absolutely determined!
